Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Legislators
Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the photographs.
Also featured in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key identifying different parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
